Cool story of the day
I finished the English final with quite a lot of time left (over an hour?) and I got started on a new header for this tumblr but I couldn’t decide on a font so I don’t have one D:

I want to go into graphic design but I’ll have to work really hard.
I like type, but for a type guy I’m not very good with technicalities.
I’ve made bad fonts (see dafont link on the side of the page) which help me earn money
I’ve made better fonts recently which aren’t freely available for download
I used to teach Muggle...

The ‘E’ and ‘S’ in ‘AWESOME’ are a tad bit close huh. I probably could’ve changed to metrics for that word, Gotham has some pretty good kerning built into it haha.
Oh and also idk why I used Tw Cen and Gotham together. They look pretty similar, especially the caps but whatever.

I’ve always thought it was interesting that all the really good people on flickr don’t have much activity on their stream. Like the professional photographers, no one ever comments or favorites. Browsing through Andrew Hall’s stream, I was surprised that he rarely got more than like 4 comments because I was expecting him to be really popular.
